In this day and age, if your business doesn't have a website you could be losing customers that you don't even know about. I'm not saying that just by putting up a website you'll be flooded with new customers - I just know from personal experience that when I'm looking for a business in Reno I hit the internet before the phone book, and I tend to do business with the one that at least has something on the internet. If you've gotten quotes for web design that are in the thousands of dollars, I can understand why you haven't gotten there yet. I have put together many websites for my personal use (this one included), and I see the need for businesses to get their presence on the web without spending large amounts of money.

• Basically it starts out with a general consultation to see what you want and need. Websites can go from a simple display of information with a couple images to a fully interactive and animated Flash website. We'll discuss what you want, and combine my knowledge of Internet Marketing and Web Design to get you what you need.
• The planning phase comes next. We know what you want and need, now lets figure out how to put it together to it's aesthetically pleasing and user friendly.
• Now that we know what it's going to look like, where are we going to put it. Picking an appropriate URL is a good start, but that's the tip of the iceberg. Finding reliable hosting that's affordable can be a challenge. Fortunately for you, I have this base covered so your biggest concern will be picking out the URL.
• On to the design phase. This is where we take the ideas from above and actually get them up on the internet and make sure they look as good there as they do on your computer.
• Finally, the testing phase. Making sure all the links point to where they're suppose to, forms work correctly, and everything works smoothly. Also, most people aren't aware that different browsers (ie. Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, and Macintosh's Safari) sometimes display pages differently. I will test your site in each of these to ensure it functions the same in each.

Estimated Time: 4-6 Hours of design time for a typical site. Although, if you want lot's of frills, this can vary widely.
