For example, if your computer is running slow if would probably be a good idea to let us know what type of computer it is, how old it is, how much memory it has, etc. The more information that is given up front the quicker you can start getting your problem resolved (ie. we won't have spend time to reply just to ask simple questions noted above).
** If you make a thread or reply to a current thread and you want to add or edit something, please use the Edit feature instead of making a second posting.
