Here is the updated list. I want to order everything this evening after reviewing the list today. I've used several of those online PSU calculators and I'm thinking my current PSU will be okay for this upgrade and maybe even for one more GPU change. It's strong for a 560W but I'll probably end up changing it in a year or two. Here's a link to my PSU:

I just found this memory. It's faster at the same price. Wouldn't it be a better choice?

Edit: Oh. I guess that would mean overclocking.

Hey Mark,

First off, I'm really sorry for the delay in my response. Yesterday when we were talking I forgot that today was Tuesday. Tuesday's and Thursday's are school days for me and I am on campus from 11am until about 8:30pm, so that's why I wasn't able to reply sooner.

The list looks good to me and I would definitely go for the Corsair DDR3 1600. If the 1333 was the link I gave I must have grabbed the wrong one.

Your PSU should be plenty. You aren't running multiple high powered GPU's (yet), so even though the CPU pulls 125W the rest of the system shouldn't pull anywhere near 435W. Upgrading in the future when/if you decide to add another GPU would be a good idea.

Let me know if you have any other questions/comments/concerns. Otherwise go ahead and order the stuff and we can coordinate when they arrive.

Again, sorry for the delay.

Scott,
My order has been shipped. They haven't given me a tracking no. yet but with 3 day shipping it will probably arrive on Monday or Tuesday. I'll keep you posted.

Good stuff. If it shipped today with UPS 3-day it may be as early as Saturday. We'll see :D

UPS plans to deliver it on tomorrow (Friday) and the package is already in Sacramento so it's on time.

Can you pick a day for installation? Any day including weekends is fine with me. I'm happy to do the delivery and pick-up too if you want.

We should work out the details on the phone or private email.

Talk to you soon,
Mark

Great! If the parts will be here Friday we can meet up on Friday or any day that's best for you. As for how we go about it, I will send an email to the email address you signed up with.

Talk to you soon.

Hi Scott,

I just want to thank you for the good job you did on my computer upgrade. Everything was handled professionally and I think your price was very reasonable.

I got my old computer and the upgrade parts to you at 5 p.m. on Friday and had my upgraded system back at 2 p.m. on Saturday. I would really consider that same-day service. You installed the new components, operating system, and all the necessary 64 bit drivers. Everything works great and my games run much smoother and faster now. You also sent me some follow-up emails to check how the new configuration was running and gave me some help with learning to use Vista.

Thanks Again,
Mark
